All the Beautiful Tile we create is Hand-Painted, we believe there is Life & Vibrance transferred in this process. We even love the Charm and Character of the “imperfections” that appear during the kiln fire, because it is only formed when produced by hand.

The Perfect Mix!
HOW IT ALL BEGAN
My name is Carole Wells; I’m a passionate artisan with 30 years of experience in hand painted tile. Over 30 years ago, I was a field engineer looking for a way to stay home with my child. I had just formed a relationship with Jesus and prayed for a solution. Shortly thereafter, I saw a painted mural in House Beautiful. Somehow, I just knew I could do it—I knew this was my answer. It took me one year to find this waning artform. I left the world of nuclear construction and engineering and went off to paint tile for some of the finest homes in Georgia. Even being featured in magazines and Tour of Homes and developing my own line of tile.
It was a funny thing that when I surrendered my life to Jesus, He brought forth the things into my life that “fueled my fire”: painting and designing tile, closeness with family, and most of all walking tightly with Him and learning what truly matters to His heart. As our paths have crossed in this moment, it’s my prayer for you that you too find what fuels your fire, brings you joy in this life, and above all a close relationship with Him!
